Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.

During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We ship from Hawaiʻi, and delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier.

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 3–5 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

International Orders

Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order is shipped, Gwenchanayo Hawaiʻi is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly.

Local Pick-Up (Optional)

If you’re located on Oʻahu and wish to arrange a local pick-up, please contact us at gwenchanayohawaii@gmail.com before placing your order to confirm availability.
