🛍 Orders & Payments
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options available through Shopify.
Q: Can I cancel or edit my order?
A: Because we start preparing orders quickly, we can only make changes or cancellations within 12 hours of purchase. Email us right away if you need help adjusting your order.
Q: Do you accept custom or personalized orders?
A: Absolutely! We love custom requests. Email us or message us on Instagram with your idea, and we’ll confirm pricing, design, and turnaround time.
🚚 Shipping
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–7 business days.
Once shipped, delivery takes:
- 2–4 business days within Hawaiʻi
 - 5–10 business days to the Continental US
 
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we only ship within the United States (including Hawaiʻi).
🌎 For international customers: Please visit our Etsy store to place your order — we handle global shipping through Etsy for your convenience and tracking protection.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. Packages valued over $150 are eligible for free shipping.
Q: My package is lost or damaged — what should I do?
A: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at gwenchanayohawaii@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue (if applicable). If the package is lost please contact USPS and open a case with them.

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Because most of our products are handmade and made-to-order, all sales are final.
Q: How do I start a return?
A: Email gwenchanayohawaii@gmail.com with your order number, a short description, and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review and reply within 3–5 business days.  For more explicit details, please see our Returns & Refunds page.

Q: Are all your products handmade?
A: Many of our items are handmade or designed in small batches here in Hawaiʻi. We also collaborate with local artists and small businesses that share our aloha spirit and quality standards.  We also sell Official Merch.
Q: Why does my item look slightly different than the photo?
A: Colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen differences. Each handmade product is unique — no two are exactly alike!

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized notes?
A: Yes! We treat every order like we are sending a gift to a friend 💕
